We reserve the right to cancel offers or promotions at any time and they are always subject to availability.

By purchasing our online cooking course you agree to the following

  1. You have permission to act on another person’s behalf when you provide their personal information to us, and create an account for them, and that you and any other persons registered on our website have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

  2. You have 5 days to try the course, starting on the day and at the time of purchase. Within this time you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund by contact us. Due to the nature of pre-recorded courses, you lose the right to a full refund after 5 days of purchasing the course. If you need any help accessing the course or have any other questions, please contact us.

  3. The content of this online course is intellectual property of Hamed Sharafi. You are not to share or duplicate it in any way. Allowing third parties access to your account and our Service is strictly forbidden and will result in us taking legal action without prior warning.

  4. You acknowledge, that it is impossible for us to safeguard your health and safety in a pre-recorded online course and you are ultimately responsible for your own health and safety.

  5. You alone are responsible to ensure ingredients you purchase to create dishes demonstrated in this course are suitable for your own health needs, and safely transported, stored and (if applicable) prepared.

  6. You will indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities and causes of action which may arise as a result of:

    1. your preparation, storage, re-heating and consumption of food.

    2. any injuries or damages you sustain, or that your guest or anyone affiliated with or connected with you, may sustain in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from your or your guest’s, or affiliated or connected person’s, involvement while watching and implementing instructions demonstrated in this cooking course.

  7. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total price charged for any course you have paid for.

  8. It is your responsibility to pay for and ensure you have the ingredients and equipment required to participate in the online cooking course. We are not liable to provide any refunds, exchanges, reschedule an online class, pay for the cost of ingredients or equipment, or liable in any other way to you if you are unable to fulfil those requirements.

  9. If you book an online cooking course, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the technical capability (such as software and internet speed) to access the course. We are not liable to provide any refunds, exchanges, provide technical support, or liable in any other way to you if you are unable to attend or participate fully in an online cooking class due to any technical issues.
